Meet the Team

Heidi & Hannah are a mother-daughter team who have been working together since 2018. Heidi attended law school in Columbus Ohio and began practicing law in Rochester in 1995. In 2018, Hannah took an interest in Heidi's area of practice and began as Heidi's paralegal while completing her Bachelor's, Masters and Law degrees, joining Heidi as an associate attorney in 2025.

Heidi graduated from Capital Law School in 1995 and moved to Rochester to begin practicing law soon after. She has years of experience in handling estates, real estate transactions, business formation, and guardianship matters.

Hannah Joy Monica, Esq.

Hannah received her Masters in Legal and Forensic Psychology from UC Irvine in 2021 and graduated from Syracuse University Law School in December 2023. Hannah began working with Heidi in 2018 and was sworn in as an attorney in January 2025.

LaDuca Family Legacy in Law

John J. LaDuca was a founding partner of the LaDuca Law Firm and all those who have worked with or met John undoubtedly hold him to be the gold standard in the practice of law. John spent nearly 60 years serving the community and we as a family strive to provide our clients with the excellent services John provided.

John's son, Anthony LaDuca, met his wife, Heidi LaDuca at Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio in 1991. In 1994 Heidi and Anthony moved back to Rochester to begin their practice of law. Anthony later joined John as a partner at the LaDuca Law Firm and has focused his practice on personal injury with immense success.

Heidi and Anthony have four children with their two oldest, John LaDuca and Hannah Monica, deciding to follow in the footsteps of their grandfather and parents. John graduated from Golden Gate Law School in 2021 and has focused his practice on criminal law and has joined the DuBois Law Firm as a criminal defense attorney. Hannah graduated from Syracuse College of Law in 2023 and joined Heidi, focusing in the areas of Will and Estates, Real Estate, and Business formation, among other areas.

While John J. LaDuca enjoys retirement with his loving wife, Becky, we continue to strive everyday to live up to legacy he has left behind.
